Damp and Mould Surveyor

One of my Local Authority clients based in North East Wales is looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months.

Ideally you will:

• Based in a commutable distance (5 days on site, 6 visits a day)
• Have 2+ years experience within Damp and Mould Surveying in a social housing capacity.

Important responsibilities include:

• Diagnose Damp and Mould issues
• Ability to write detailed in depth reports for external contractors (up to 20 pages)
• Raise works for contractors
