I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the construction sector who is seeking a Project Administrator to support their project delivery team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of key projects during a busy and exciting phase.
Your new role
The Project Administrator will play a vital role in supporting project managers and site teams with administrative tasks, documentation control, and coordination. You'll help ensure that projects stay on track by keeping records accurate, timelines clear, and communication flowing.

Provide administrative support across multiple live projectsMaintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reportsCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutesLiaise with internal departments and external stakeholdersTrack project progress and assist with reporting and complianceSupport procurement and invoice processing where required
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a project administration role, ideally within constructionExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and project management toolsAble to work independently and manage competing prioritiesWhat you'll get in return
