Job Title: Night Concierge - Supported HousingLocation: Various London Sites Hours: Night Shifts (including weekends & holidays)Salary: CompetitiveWe're seeking a Night Concierge to help ensure the safety, security, and well-being of residents in our supported housing services. You'll play a vital overnight role supporting vulnerable adults, including those affected by homelessness, mental health challenges, or substance use.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security patrols and monitor CCTV
- Respond to emergencies and manage incidents calmly and effectively
- Provide low-level support and welfare checks to residents
- Maintain accurate logs and handover reports
- Carry out basic cleaning and minor maintenance tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with vulnerable groups
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and lone-working skills
- Empathetic, non-judgmental approach
- Basic IT and report-writing ability
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
