Job Description

We are currently seeking an exceptional Interim HR Generalist for an initial contract period of 3 months, to join our client based in South London to start ASAP. This interim role is to play a pivotal part in shaping our people-centric initiatives and driving our organisational success.

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in handling a diverse range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address HR-related challenges
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
  • CIPD-qualified or equivalent HR professional certification
  • Strong working knowledge of HR information systems and data management (ideally i-Trent)
This role is hybrid and will require a minimum of 2 days in the offices in Croydon.
