Recruitment Coordinator to support our busy Talent Acquisition team in managing high volume hiring across a fast paced, client driven environment.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing pipelines, and keeping everything running seamlessly in a high volume, dynamic setting.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment activity, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Manage high volumes of applications, shortlisting and screening candidates where required.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with drafting and posting job adverts across relevant platforms.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidate queries, representing the business with professionalism.
- Support wider HR and talent initiatives, including onboarding and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment coordination or a similar HR/talent support role, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency with ATS or recruitment systems (experience with insert system if relevant would be an advantage).
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
