Head of Accounts Receivable

Head of Accounts Receivable 120,000 - 140,000 London (Hybrid)

My client, a global fintech leader are currently seeking a Head of Accounts Receivable to join their busy finance team. This is a hand on leadership role focused on streamlining and automating AR processes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee AR operations including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and reporting
• Identify opportunities for automation using RPA, AI, and ERP tools to optimize workflows
• Provide insights on cash flow, aging reports, and collections performance to senior management
• Collaborate with sales, IT, and customer service teams to ensure smooth processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with financial policies

Essential Skills

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in AR, finance operations, or similar roles
• Proven experience with process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and ERP/accounting software (e.g., NetSuite).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Basic salary of 120,000 - 140,000 (depending on experience)
