Plumber

I'm looking for a Plumber for a Social Housing contract replacing Kitchens and Bathrooms in tenanted properties in Nuneaton. This is a 2 year contract with a real long string of work for the right person. A labourer will rip out the existing Bathroom suite beforehand

The Plumber will be expected to:

• Replace WC
• Replace Bath
• Replace Basin
• Install Heated Towel Rail
• Connect Shower

Ideally, I'm looking to speak to a Plumber that has:

• Their own tools and transport
• Experience on social housing contracts
• Blue CSCS Card

And in return, the Plumber will receive:

• 25per hour
• Weekly pay, CIS
• 2 years worth of work
