Are you an experienced Site Surveyor looking to join one of the UK s leading contractors? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-volume reactive maintenance works to social housing properties across Lambeth.

Based out of the Streatham office, you will be responsible for the commercial management of a busy reactive maintenance contract. This includes cost control, valuations, reporting, and supporting operational teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably and in line with client expectations.

• Managing the commercial performance of reactive maintenance works

• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Producing accurate cost reports and forecasts

• Working closely with contract managers and site teams to ensure compliance and profitability

• Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders

• Previous experience as a Site Surveyor (ideally within social housing, maintenance, or refurbishment)

• Strong knowledge of schedule of rates and maintenance contracts

• Excellent commercial and financial awareness

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment

• Salary up to £48,000 depending on experience
