Housing Options Officer

Housing Options Officer - 4 months (with potential for extension) - Hybrid, 1 day in the office - Rate DOE

Black & White Skills -

• Previous experience as a Housing Options Officer within a local authority.
• Direct experience with conducting section 184 decisions (no triage as they have a triage team)
• Extensive knowledge of housing legislation - HRA 2017.
• System - QL, happy to train on the job as it is such a niche housing system to have experience in.

Day to Day responsibilities -

• Working with a caseload of maximum 30 cases.
• Duty Rota week by week
• Working with Homelessness cases on the day
• Working as a Housing Options Officer for the Oxford area.
