Job Title: TIG/MIG Fabricator
Location: Leamington Spa
Shift: Monday to Friday - Day Shift
Pay (PAYE): £15.50 - £16.50 per hour
Industry: Engineering - Fabrication of Stainless Steel & Mild Steel (1.5mm to 10mm tolerance)

Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate components using TIG and MIG welding techniques to high-quality standards
Interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints accurately
Work with stainless steel and mild steel materials ranging from 1.5mm to 10mm
Use hand tools, cutting equipment, and workshop machinery safely and efficiently
Ensure final assemblies meet precise tolerances and pass quality inspections

Requirements:
Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding within an engineering environment
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and welding symbols
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Experience working with both stainless and mild steel
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively on day shifts
