At Hays Education, we're working in partnership with a lovely primary school in the North Preston area to recruit a Year 1 Teacher to join their team from January 2026. Your new roleThis is a full-time teaching role in a well-resourced and supportive Key Stage 1 setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire young learners and support their early development. You'll be working alongside a collaborative team of staff who are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and phonics
• A caring and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
