We're looking for a driven Operations Variance Analyst to take ownership of stock accuracy, material variance control, and continuous improvement within a busy food manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage stock counts (weekly, monthly, and annual).
- Investigate and resolve material variances to maintain stock accuracy.
- Produce clear, data-driven reports to highlight performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Support and improve ERP system processes, becoming the on-site expert for best practice.
- Coach and guide team members to ensure data and stock integrity.
- Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage and support one Production Administrator.
What We're Looking For
- Strong with numbers and data, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Confident using Excel - comfortable with formulas, data checks, and interpreting reports.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (food or FMCG preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- An understanding of Lean or Continuous Improvement principles is a plus.
