IFA Administrator Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting its advisers and paraplanners in the day-to-day administration of client affairs. From processing applications to managing client communications, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
IFA Administrator Key Responsibilities
- Processing new business applications (pensions, investments, protection, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate client records using back-office systems
- Preparing and sending client documentation and valuations
- Liaising with product providers to obtain information and updates
- Supporting advisers in the preparation for client meetings
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in line with compliance requirements
IFA Administrator Requirements
- Previous experience in an IFA / financial planning administration role
- Strong knowledge of financial products and industry terminology
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable using financial planning software (e.g. Intelligent Office, XPlan, etc.)
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
