Overview This role supports a newly formed team within the marketing and digital division. The successful candidate will provide business analysis expertise to help shape requirements, improve communication across departments, and support delivery of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiative.
Key Responsibilities - Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across media, CRM, marketing, security, legal, procurement, and engineering teams to gather and clarify requirements.
- Lead business analysis for the CDP programme, understanding stakeholder needs and converting them into user stories and technical specifications.
- Support the RFP process for the new CDP platform (expected January).
- Produce and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, requirements, and project artefacts.
- Operate within Agile or Prince2 methodologies, ensuring structured and transparent delivery.
Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a Business Analyst in marketing, digital, or web environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - able to navigate complex organisational politics and communicate diplomatically.
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with tools such as Treasure Data, Tealium, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar CDP technologies.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Personable, resilient, and adaptable - able to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
