Your new role
As a 1st Line Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing support to users across the organisation. You'll log and monitor service desk calls, resolve incidents, and escalate where necessary. You'll assist with asset reporting, conduct equipment health checks, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of software and systems. You'll also ensure compliance with ICT policies and data protection standards, contributing to the overall security and integrity of the organisation's ICT infrastructure.
