Counterbalance FLT Driver and Operative
Location: Driffield
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 - 18:00 (11 hours paid per day)
Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to support our busy factory operations. This is a key role ensuring smooth material flow across production areas in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently across the factory site

• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods

• Supply production lines with ingredients, packaging, and other materials as required

• Remove waste and empty pallets from production areas

• Maintain accurate stock movement records

• Conduct pre-use vehicle checks and report any faults or issues

• Work alongside Production when FLT use not needed

• Work closely with the production, warehouse, and quality teams

• Follow all health & safety procedures and site policies

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent)

• Previous experience working in a busy factory or warehouse environment

• Confident operating in shared spaces and around machinery

• A proactive and reliable approach to work

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions

• 13.00 per hour - paid for 11 hours per shift
