BI Developer - Manchester - (Power BI / DAX)

My client, a leading technology company based in Manchester, is looking for a BI Developer to join their growing team. You ll work with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Product, and Operations, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance.

What you ll do:

• Build and maintain impactful dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Extract, transform, and model data from multiple sources.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and create scalable solutions.
• Optimise SQL queries and ensure data accuracy, quality, and security.

What you ll bring:

• Proven BI or Data experience with strong Power BI, DAX, and Power Query skills.
• SQL and data modelling expertise (star schema design).
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Experience with SSRS/SSIS/Power BI Paginated Reports (advantageous).
