Your new role
This new opportunity requires comprehensive oversight of financial planning, analysis, and operational costing. Responsibilities will include:

• Lead Finance Team: Manage costing, aligning efforts with strategic goals.
• Drive Planning Cycles: Oversee AOP and forecasting across key financial metrics.
• Deliver Financial Insights: Provide variance analysis and actionable reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage Costing Accuracy: Lead standard cost-setting and compliance activities.
• Ensure Reporting Quality: Maintain strong balance sheet reconciliations and support closing processes.

What you'll need to succeed
