12.21/hour Monday to Thursday, 6:45 AM - 5:30 PM
We're recruiting Yard Operatives for a UK-leading manufacturer of building materials at one of its busy production sites near Lewes, Haywards Heath, and Burgess Hill in East Sussex. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity based on performance.

Role Responsibilities:
Picking and packing finished goods for dispatch
Working in a busy warehouse and stock yard
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving raw materials and completed products
Completing basic paperwork
Manual handling duties
Supporting other departments during peak periods
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, yard, or production environment is desirable but not essential
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role
Willingness to carry out physical, manual work
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Own transport is essential due to the rural location
