PXLAG - Carpenter (Social Housing)

Location: Birmingham Tyseley - B11
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Pay: £25.00 - £30.00ph paid weekly via umbrella
Duration: Ongoing Contract Long Term

Duties

• To carry out project defined carpentry work to a high standard as directed by the Site Manager.
• Adhere to Company quality standards to include:
• Compliance with specification / Compliance with materials and workmanship
• Joining prefabricated materials in accordance with design plans using appropriate fixings
• Making repairs and restoring damaged parts
• Maintain and care for all company tools
• Wear appropriate clothing and PPE specific to tasks
• Ensure all areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the working day
• Any other reasonable management request

Qualifications & Experience

• Must hold formal carpentry qualification
• Must hold full UK drivers license
• Must have previous experience working in a carpentry background, ideally dealing with social housing
• Successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check
