Roles and Responsibilities:Resources will provide deskside and floorwalking support to NatWest colleagues during the migration from Zoom to Microsoft Teams. This includes end-user assistance, coaching, "how do I?" guidance, and adoption support following induction training delivered by QA trainers. The resource will work in tandem with another technician floorwalking on site, and a local resource can be used.Engineers will:Support colleagues with Microsoft Teams queries such as: Setting up/joining meetings, calls, and chat Sharing and collaborating on documents in Teams Troubleshooting login or MFA issues Fixing Teams/Outlook calendar integrationResolve end-user issues (audio/video not working, connectivity problems, app crashes, sync errors).Coach colleagues on "how do I?" questions (e.g. sharing screens, adjusting notifications, using the mobile app).Direct users to self-serve resources and digital training content.Capture recurring issues and knowledge gaps to feed back to the project team.Carry out other related support tasks as required.
