What you'll do:
- Take full responsibility for delivering the commercial objectives related to lending products, ensuring targets are met through effective collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
- Own the strategy for lending products, specifically focusing on Asset Finance and Real Estate Finance, including design, pricing, performance monitoring, and management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product development decisions that result in excellent customer outcomes.
- Jointly manage the distribution strategy for lending products, overseeing customer journeys and building strong relationships with both customers and wider stakeholders.
- Actively manage existing lending customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Serve as an effective first line of defence by maintaining a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance at all times.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of lending customers and third parties to optimise customer journeys and enhance service delivery.
What you'll bring:
- Solid commercial mortgage lending experience + some product management or proposition exposure
- Nice to have - Experience in banking product lifecycle, replatforming, or digital transformation.
- Good experience in product management within Real Estate Finance would be advantageous for success in this role.
- Broad understanding of product management principles with flexibility in applying these concepts to meet evolving business needs.
