Are you a passionate and experienced HLTA looking to make a real difference in children's lives? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive primary school team.

About the Role
As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering high-quality lessons and interventions, and contributing to the overall development and wellbeing of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to whole classes in the absence of the teacher.
- Support pupils' academic and emotional development through tailored learning strategies.
- Assist in planning, preparing, and evaluating learning activities and resources.
- Maintain accurate pupil records and contribute to assessment and reporting.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support a collaborative learning environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of behaviour management and safeguarding.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: HLTA status and GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths.
- Experience: Proven experience delivering lessons and supporting learning across KS1 and KS2.
- Skills: Strong classroom management, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt learning to meet diverse needs.
- Attributes: Organised, flexible, motivated, and committed to professional excellence and safeguarding.
