Description
Reporting to a People Manager and working alongside a People Team, the role of People Advisor is a busy and fast-paced role supporting a range of people matters at this busy manufacturing site.
Duties will include:
- Provide commercial HR advice and guidance to management on policies and procedures
- Advise on a wide range of employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievances.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver HR projects and initiatives as and when required
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support with delivery of the People Strategy
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and accurate advice.
- Play an active part in encouraging diversity and respectful inclusive behaviours.
Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar position.
You will be confident at dealing with a wide range of employee relations cases.
