Description

• Assist in processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance department.
• Help monitor budgets and report discrepancies to the finance team.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of financial tasks.
• Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• A gained previous experience in similar Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger or Accounts Receivable role
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration
• Willingness to progress and learn
