We are seeking an experienced school leader for a primary school in the South West, a dedicated Supply Headteacher, available a few days per week, to continue driving school improvement, strengthen community spirit, and inspire every pupil to reach their full potential.

• A proven track record of leading successful school improvement.
  
• The ability to inspire staff, pupils, and the wider community through a values-driven approach.
  
• Strong skills in strategic leadership, curriculum development, and raising attainment.
  
• A passion for fostering an inclusive and high-achieving school culture.
  

Essential:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  
• Experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher within a primary setting.
  
• Demonstrated success in school improvement and leadership.
  
• A commitment to inclusive education and community values.
