Job Title: Weekend Chef (Contract Catering Site)

Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour
Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate start available

We re looking for an experienced and reliable Weekend Chef to join our team at one of our contract catering sites. You ll be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner for approximately people from a set menu. This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working independently in a professional yet friendly environment.

• Prepare, cook, and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for covers per service.

• Work from a set menu and ensure all dishes are presented to a high standard.

• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, following all food hygiene and health & safety regulations.

• Manage stock levels and ensure all ingredients are properly stored and labelled.

• Ensure punctuality and reliability arriving on time and ready to work each shift.

• Collaborate with site management to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a contract catering, hospitality, or similar environment.

• Food Hygiene Level 2 (minimum) or equivalent certification.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for good, honest cooking.

• Punctual, dependable, and a team player.

• £15.50 per hour, paid weekly.

• Consistent weekend hours (12-hour shifts).
