The Firm
Our client, a top-tier international law firm with a market-leading Real Estate practice, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to join their City of London office. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional administrative support to fee-earners, contributing to the smooth operation of the team and supporting high-profile client work.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced Legal Secretary who thrives on providing high-quality, client-focused support to Real Estate Partners and Associates. You will manage diaries, correspondence, travel, and administrative tasks, allowing fee-earners to focus on delivering outstanding legal services to clients. Duties to include:

  • Coordinating internal and client meetings, managing calendars, booking conference rooms and arranging travel
  • Assisting with new client matters, document management, billing, WIP reporting, expense claims, and financial administration
  • Drafting, proof-reading, and formatting letters, presentations, agendas, and client-facing documents
  • Marketing & business development support - assisting with pitch materials, managing RSVPs for events, and supporting the preparation of training and seminar materials

This Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Legal Secretary in a law firm, supporting a Real Estate team
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, document management systems and financial recording applications
