Quantity Surveyor Social Housing Refurbishment (Streatham)
Up to £50,000 Benefits

I m currently working with a leading social housing refurbishment contractor delivering a long-term reactive repairs contract in partnership with a major London borough. They re looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their established commercial team based in Streatham.

This is a key role within a £32m annual contract, focused on delivering high-quality reactive maintenance works across the borough. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring monthly commercial targets are achieved with the team typically managing around £2.5m of spend per month.

The Role:

  • Managing commercial performance and profitability within a busy reactive maintenance environment.
  • Monitoring spend and ensuring targets are met or exceeded each month.
  • Preparing valuations, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Liaising closely with operational teams, the client, and supply chain partners.
  • Ensuring compliance and best practice across all financial processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced Quantity Surveyor (or strong Assistant QS ready to step up) within social housing reactive repairs or a similar environment.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable this team rewards hard work.
  • Capable of working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.

Salary: Up to £50,000
