As part of the Service Centre leadership team, you ll lead and inspire the Internal Sales Team to maximise sales and strengthen customer relationships.

You ll coach your team to deliver best-in-class service, building capability and confidence, creating a high performing team environment.

Your focus will be on driving performance: growing trading accounts, increasing product range and retention, and ensuring every customer interaction adds value.

Here's the important stuff:

Location: Salford, Manchester

Salary: £31,000
