Quantity Surveyor

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist Retrofit Contractor in Essex. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading commercial negotiations, overseeing tenders and approving valuations. This is an office based position.

Quantity Surveyor duties:

• Review and approve valuations and costs
• Support procurement and contract compliance
• Ensure job-level margin protection
• Oversight of subcontractor commercials

What is required for the Quantity Surveyor role:

• Social housing maintenance/ refurbishment experience
• Knowledge of Retrofit and Sustainability contracts
• Relevant degree/ qualifications
• Experience leading negotiations
