Description
The Credit Controller's duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all financial transactions and client accounts.
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment queries and discrepancies professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- General administration duties.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Prior experience working in finance.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
