Lecturers - Travel and Tourism- Annual Salary: £32,455 to £45,260 (including London Weighting)

We are inviting enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly and successful team at the West London Campus as Lecturers in Travel and Tourism. This role involves teaching a range of travel-related courses, with a focus on the airline/aviation and hospitality industries, to predominantly 16-19 year olds from Level 1 to Level 5.
Day-to-day of the role:- Teach and deliver high-quality lessons on Travel and Tourism courses from Level 1 to Level 5.
- Engage and motivate young vocational learners aged 16-19, ensuring a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with local employers at and around Heathrow Airport to prepare learners for careers in the travel industry or further education.
- Participate in the development and planning of courses and materials.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area; a degree is highly desirable.
- Experience working in the travel industry.
- Some teaching or training experience, particularly with young adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Commitment to professional development, including undertaking a fully funded Level 5 teaching qualification at the College.
