Psychology Graduate - SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a thriving school located in Havering.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate who is keen to gain hands-on experience in a school setting, particularly within the SEN (Special Educational Needs) sector. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will receive on-the-job education and training to help you develop the skills required for a future career in psychology, education, or therapy.

The Role:

  • Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position
  • Based in a supportive school in Havering
  • Assisting children with a range of learning and behavioural needs
  • Working closely with SENCOs, teachers, and external professionals
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support

Ideal Candidate:

  • Recent Psychology Graduate
  • Passionate about child development and inclusive education
  • Previous experience in a school or care setting (desirable but not essential)
  • Eager to receive education and training in the field of SEN
  • Able to commit to a full-time role in Havering
