We are working with a well-established and highly regarded business that is investing in strengthening its financial framework to promote consistent, accurate, and high-quality reporting across all areas of the business.

About the Role

This position is designed to oversee the calculation and reconciliation of rebate processes. The role will ensure reserves are correctly maintained, payments are accurately allocated, and financial reporting standards are applied consistently across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver rebate calculation and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure rebate reserves are accurate, up to date, and maintained at the appropriate level.
• Oversee the correct allocation and ageing of customer rebate payments.
• Partner with regional finance teams to maintain consistent and accurate reserve reporting.
• Support process improvements and promote financial accuracy across all related activities.

Required

• Part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW or AAT qualified.
• Broad experience within a finance or accounting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex account reconciliations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and collaboration skills.

30,000 - 35,000
