Role Description:
Lead the analysis, design, and optimisation of business processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools. Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, guiding a team of analysts and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts working on Power Platform solutions.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and support Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
- Ensure best practices in low-code development, governance, and performance optimisation.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to build team capability and stakeholder understanding.
