As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will:

• Work closely with teachers to provide one-to-one and small-group support.

• Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties.

• Help create an engaging and positive learning environment.

• Support classroom management and help promote students' independence and confidence.

• Contribute to students' academic and personal development.

• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners.

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.

• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
