As a Solution Architect, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to deliver end-to-end technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business success. You'll be part of a dynamic architecture function, collaborating with enterprise and technical architects to ensure all solutions align with overarching roadmaps and architectural principles. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with IT Project Managers and business stakeholders to design solutions that meet project and operational needs.
• Support bid and business development teams with solution designs and cost models.
• Ensure architectural compliance and alignment with enterprise IT standards.
• Present and explain solution designs and models to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams during project execution.
• Review supplier proposals for quality, feasibility, and compliance with architectural standards.
• Produce clear and comprehensive solution and service designs to guide delivery.
• Maintain alignment between technology solutions and business strategy.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within Facilities Management or a closely related sector.
• Expertise in one or more of the following: CRM, complex case management, Telephony, Azure, Cloud technologies, Dynamics, SaaS products, RPA/AI, or Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud-based solutions, and modern application architectures.
• Demonstrable experience supporting large-scale IT projects or bids.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good knowledge of IT security standards and best practices.
• Degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
