Description
- Deliver clear, empathetic communication to affected employees through meetings, letters, and briefings.
- Provide guidance on redundancy entitlements, notice periods, and next steps.
- Work closely with line managers, legal advisors, and employee representatives to ensure fair and transparent outcomes.
- Support internal redeployment efforts and alternative role matching.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations, decisions, and communications.
- Prepare redundancy letters, FAQs, and support materials.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Previous HR Advisor experience handling redundancies
- Immediately available and able to start next week
- CIPD level 5 qualified.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate of 14- 18 per hour, depending on experience.
