Job Description

Niche manufacturing entity of a global group of companies are expanding their team locally due to the acquisition of a new business. This has created an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant on a 12 month FTC.
You will be immediately available or short-notice.

Working closely with the Financial Controller and Management Accountant your role will be to assist with the management of the company s daily financial operations and reporting

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

  • Accounts receivable / Credit control
  • Supplier invoice processing support and reconciliations
  • Posting purchase and sales invoices & processing payments to suppliers
  • Bank entries and reconciliations
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Intercompany invoicing
  • Support with monthly stock reconciliations

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

  • Ideally you will be AAT Level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Strong credit control experience with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Organised and detail orientated
  • Intermediate Excel skills
