Description

  • Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of financial accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial data.
  • Maintain detailed records of reconciliation activities.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial processes as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Reconciliations Specialist should have:

  • Previous experience in accounting or finance, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of reconciliation processes and financial regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams.

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate of approximately 18- 21, depending on experience.
