About the Role

You'll work closely with senior leadership to shape the brand's identity, build a high-performing sales team, and establish strong relationships with key customers in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy to launch and grow the brand.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities builder and timber merchants.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with brand positioning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
