Monday to Friday, Full-Time, Permanent Role This is a great opportunity for a
recent graduate or early-career engineer to join a dynamic production environment in a
hands-on, varied role.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and implement modifications to machines and systems to simplify processes and reduce downtime.
- Work on creative engineering solutions for new challenges as they arise.
- Collaborate with operations and management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take an active role in designing, testing, and implementing new systems, prototypes, and process enhancements.
What We re Looking For - A Bachelor s degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong interest in manufacturing or production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to work on real-world technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Desirable: - Some industrial experience through a placement, internship, or junior role.
- Familiarity with automation, control systems, or mechanical/electrical machinery.
- Experience using CAD or engineering design tools.
