A Market leading Manufacturing company are currently looking for a new Engineering Team Leader to add to their current Engineering team. This company are enjoying a period of growth due to the nature of their products with in a stable industry.

Role Description

Providing both Reactive & Planned Preventative Maintenance across a wide range of production machinery
Leadership and Supervisory of 4 Maintenance Engineers
Workload Allocation and PPM Planning using CMMS systems
Ensuring work is carried out in a safety conscious fashion.
Supported by a Team of Skilled Engineers.
Reporting on recurrent faults and facilitating repair activities with the Engineering team / supervisor.
Reporting into the Engineering Manager.


Skills and Qualifications

Maintenance Engineering Experience
Supervisory experience
Formal Qualification ideally Level 3 in Engineering and 18th Edition
Manufacturing industry experience - FMCG
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
