Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering exclusively with our Client to help them find a People Partner. This role is offered on a Permanent basis and is based in Berkshire.
Reporting onto the Director of People the main purpose of this role is to proactive, solution-focused HR support on strategic and complex people matters. Your focus will be on building leadership capability, managing ER, supporting organisational development, and driving positive cultural outcomes.
Main duties will include:
The ideal candidate will be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified, although relevant working experience will be considered.
You will have previously been responsible or providing HR Advice in a multi-site environment with a thorough understanding of UK employment legislation. You will also have experience of managing complex ER cases from start to finish.
As a person, you will be positive, resilient, proactive and a confident communicator with excellent IT skills.
Our client is offering a salary between £45,000 £49,000 depending on experience with a generous holiday allowance and pension scheme.
This is a hybrid position with 2 or 3 days a week working from home with travel to sites across Berkshire.
