Reed Engineering have once again partnered with a global organisation headquartered in the Dundee are who are seeking an Displays Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Joining the display & touchscreen development team, this represents an opportunity for an Electronic Engineer level candidate to continue their career in a large-scale set-up. For this role, we are seeking 2 - 5 years' of industry experience.
This role can accommodate transition from other industries such as Oil & Gas, Scientific & Pharmaceutical.
You will mainly be developing displays and touchscreens working alongside global suppliers. Other duties will include:
- Design, develop and document the development of display and touchscreen devices
- Supporting hardware unit test as well as integration and systems testing
- Working alongside mechanical engineers to define and verify requirements
To be suited, you will:
- Have 2-5 years of experience as an Electronics Design Engineer
- Hold a degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering
- Have strong experience in electronic design software i.e. Altium
- Live within a commutable distance of Dundee
