Working to support the whole employee cohort , the successful candidate will be the point of contact to offer advice and guidance on key issues such as employee relations, employee performance and employee retention as well as working closely with the talent management teams. The role, although anchored to Leeds, will require regular travel to support offices across the North of England and Scotland and therefore the successful applicant must be available to travel.
