Estates Compliance and CAFM Administrator

Location: Maidenhead - Salary: £27,502 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Full-time

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the central team of a forward-thinking multi-academy trust dedicated to supporting children and young people with complex additional needs. Their mission is to provide outstanding education and therapeutic support across a network of specialist schools, and they believe that safe, well-maintained, and inspiring environments are essential to this goal.

They are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estates Compliance and CAFM Administrator to support the estates function across multiple school sites.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Estates, the successful candidate will:

  • Administer the central Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system

  • Maintain high-quality compliance records across all sites

  • Provide administrative, compliance, and project support for estates operations

  • Conduct approximately 1-2 site visits per month across Berkshire

This is a key role ensuring that statutory compliance (e.g. fire safety) and operational standards are met across the Trust's diverse estate.

  • Experience in estates, compliance, or education settings

  • Familiarity with CAFM systems such as Parago or I am Compliant

  • Strong written communication and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with site teams, contractors, and senior leaders

  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to safeguarding and continuous improvement
