Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Estate Agency Based

Location: Bromsgrove

Salary: Up to £33,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (up to 40% split)

Hours: Monday to Friday + every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu)

What You'll Be Doing:

- Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice to a wide range of clients

- Advising on life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection

- Working closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise opportunities

- Delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships
