Receptionist - Hospitality
Annual Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 OTE

Day-to-day of the role:
- Work collaboratively with the receptionist team to ensure the smooth running of all functions within the restaurant
- Support the Brasserie Manager and Duty Manager in daily operations.
- Efficiently allocate tables to maximise bookings and enhance guest experiences.
- Greet customers politely and manage their expectations effectively, ensuring a memorable visit.
- Maintain flexibility to meet the demands of hospitality service during weekends and evenings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge and passion for food and luxury retail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings.
